If you are not fully satisfied, return the item and we will gladly refund the cost of your merchandise.To return your merchandise, please repack securely being sure to include your packslip. We appreciate knowing what the problem with the returned merchandise was so that we will be able to fix it in the future. Let us know if you want your money back, a replacement or an exchange. Mail: That's It!, 37 Sherwood Drive, Westerly, RI 02891. You can print the order form from the website, or use your own paper. Please be sure to put on your address and how we can get a hold of you during the day in case we have any questions.

We will ship ground within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii unless otherwise specified. We try to ship all packages with 24 hours of receipt of order Monday through Thursday for all in-stock merchandise. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders, they should ship on Monday.For lighter items, we can ship by Priority Mail for faster delivery.. We do not ship Priority Mail to Alaska or Hawaii.
We do not ship orders outside the United States.
Sales tax of 7% will be charged to all products, except clothing, delivered in Rhode Island, and 7.725% on all products delivered to Missouri.
Our shipping & handling charges are for the United States' 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska is an additional $2.00 and Hawaii is an additional $4.00.
