Visitor Identification

Our web server automatically recognizes each visitor’s domain name. We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information (such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart), record past activity at the site in order to provide better service when visitors return to the site, and to customize (when appropriate) web page content based on visitor’s browser type or other information the visitor sends.

This information is used for internal review and is then discarded. It is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. Additional information given by the visitor (e-mail address, name, mailing address) is discussed below.

Security

We always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site. You can feel safe ordering online with That’s It! Any page on our site that handles sensitive information, such as your credit card number, is securely encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

E-mail Addresses

The following are policies we have established for the collection and use of e-mail addresses. That’s It! is aware of consumer’s concern over unauthorized use of their e-mail address (spamming) and well do everything possible to protect the privacy of our visitors without hindering the services we provide to them.

1. When we collect an e-mail address of an individual placing on order online we add them to our list to send future promotional e-mails, unless they opt-out when asked for permission for e-mail marketing.

2. When we collect an e-mail address of an individual filling out a form to contact us, we will ask them to opt-in to receive promotional e-mails from us in the future. An individual will not be required to opt-in in order to have a question answered by us.

3. If a visitor signs up to receive promotional e-mails from us we consider this opt-in permission.

4. Every promotional e-mail we send will contain an option for the recipient to opt-out, and not receive any further promotional e-mails.

5. We will not rent or exchange our e-mail addresses. In the future we may send out endorsement e-mails to our list promoting partners who have paid us for the endorsement. We will carefully screen endorsements, and only feature those we feel would be of interest to our list.

6. If we ever rent e-mail addresses from outside sources, we will only use lists where an e-mail address has been collected with the permission of the individual that the address be used in this manner.

7. No opt-in (or opt-out) permission will be assumed to be required for sending e-mails to answer questions that have been e-mailed to us, to communicate order status (or other order information), or fulfill requests that have been made to us via an e-mail.

Mailing Addresses

We are presently only collecting mailing addresses in order to ship packages to the customer.

We may decide to mail a catalog or promotion in the future. In that case:

1. We may use an address that we have gathered online to mail a catalog or promotion.

2. If we mail a catalog, we will share with other companies the mailing addresses of people who have purchased from our site. These companies will have been thoroughly screened by us beforehand and only companies we believe would be of interest to our customers will be allowed to use these addresses.

3. Any customer who would like to be put on our “Do Not Share” list may contact us by e-mail, telephone, or mail at the address above to be removed from all exchanges with other companies.

4. Any customer who does not wish to receive a catalog form us in the future may do so by contacting us by e-mail, telephone, or at the address above. Please provide us with your exact name and address.

Changes in Policies

From time to time we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy policy. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt-out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically.
